This wonderful natural Herkimer diamond was mined in New York. Herkimer diamonds are a very hard gemstone, formed u der intense pressure .  Left in its natural state  with onlyva few side cuts and a polished top, it makes a very interesting ring. The sterlinh silver is recycled, with a little gold added to add to the polish.
